Initial inspection

Before any cleaning takes place your jewellery will be carefully inspected. It will be checked for any overall damage, loose stones or broken claws. Once the inspection has been completed it will move on to the polishing stage.

Polishing

At James Martin Jewellery we understand you want to take the best possible care of your timeless jewellery. Unfortunately over time it can become dull, tarnished and just lose its overall sparkle. This can happen from every day use to with it just being sat in a jewellery box. That is why I offer a comprehensive polishing and cleaning service on other items as well as my own jewellery.

Ultrasonic

Ultrasonic cleaning is done after the polishing stage. This removes any residue left from the polishing compound. It leaves the jewellery bright and ready to be carefully dried.
