Delivery
Stock items
These will be despatched within 1 -2 working days of receiving the order via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature. Once despatched, it will arrive in 2-3 business days, tracked and requires a signature.
Made to order items
925 Silver items -
Please allow 14 days from the purchase for your item to be made. It will then be sent out via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature. Once despatched, it will arrive in 2-3 business days, tracked and requires a signature.
Gold items -
Please allow 3 weeks from the purchase date for your item to be made and hallmarked. It will then be sent out via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature. Once despatched, it will arrive in 2-3 business days, tracked and requires a signature.
Bespoke Items
Please allow 6 weeks for your bespoke item to be crafted. Once finished it will be despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM.
Returns
Returns
Returns will not be accepted unless faulty.
In the unfortunate event that an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will offer a refund or replacement.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
